About Me:
I am the Founder of the Frator Heru Inc. and since 1990 I have been conducting, facilitating and advising on Rites-of-Passage (ROP) for boys / men, particularly as it relates to establishing ROP in the 1st human institution: the Family. Currently, I am serving as the Director of the Temple University Pan-African Studies Community Education Program (PASCEP) and the Chief Facilitator of the Back Male Development Symposium (BMDS) at Arcadia University.
