Greetings All,

It is truly a blessing to have this forum. It is unfortunate it wasn't available during my tenure as an active facilitator. I am happy that it is now available for others. I look forward to being involved in the dialogue and maybe even as a resource. Our children are in desparate need of knowledge of themselves and their history.

Blessings,
Ife

Thanks for joining. I created the coalition to provide a forum where the practitioners/facilitators, scholars, educators, students/initiates and parents can discuss and promote the African centered rites of passage process. Along with this networking site, please visit the CACRoP web site at:

Thank you, for your welcome. I look forward to exchanging with you, also. You closed your greeting with "Bibi Eshe". Years ago, a beloved elder in Dayton, Ohio embraced me as I joined the African community, there. She is now deceased; she transitioned committed and fully embracing her heritage. Her name was Bibi Ashe. Your name reminded me of her.

Be blessed,
Dr. Foluke-Henderson

Ankh Udja Seneb Em Hotep!
Welcome to my page. I am a Rites of Passage Elder (trained by Elder Emily Gunter, founder of Rites of Passage Youth Empowerment Foundation) and the founder of the Kindezi Rites of Passage For Girls. My mission is to facilitate the coming of age of young girls using the Congo art of nurturing, aka Kindezi. I have worked with youth for the better part of my adult life. It is my heart's desire to impart TRUTH into the spirits of these precious youth and assist them in the realization of their dreams. My motto is, "Every Child Is The Sun" I look forward to sharing our challenges and successes with you as we travel this journey of enlightenment.

Peace and Bessings
